This seemed to only spread the grime and oil and often (with the soap) made the area more slippery. Supreme’s power washing system was incredible. It worked and I now have them cleaning all 4 of my gas stations, windows included.

There are many trees and much shade on the property. The moss build up was primarily located in areas in the shade. I was concerned about liability for someone slipping on the side walks and suing us.
